While other QC manufacturers may gather data through partnerships with instrument or reagent manufacturers or peer reporting systems, SERO works directly with a large network of high-quality, independent routine medical laboratories. These laboratories follow a protocol set by SERO, ensuring that our QC materials remain truly independent.

For assigned values, we require that both the laboratory and the specific analytical method be accredited according to ISO 15189. This strict process ensures reliable and traceable data, supporting the high quality of our QC materials.
