SERO AS takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy outlines the data processing and privacy practices of SERO AS (hereafter referred to as “we”, “us” and/or “our”).

The site allows you to order products, make requests for information or contacts and register to receive updates and informationWe may collect the following types of data:

If you avail yourself of the benefits of full registration in countries where we offer e-commerce, you will also need to provide payment information.

How we use or process your information

Our policy towards children 
Our services are intended to be used by adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details below so that we can take steps to remove such information and terminate any account your child has created with us.

We maintain physical, electronic and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized or inappropriate access. Further, we always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving personal information exchanged with our site. In case of a breach, you will be notified without undue delay.
